A Bash that cannot be evaded... Greater Bash

You read it right. There's absolutely no way to stop Spiritbreaker's Greater Bash because it can neither be evaded nor be missed. Let us take an insight to this skill:

[Greater Bash]
Gives a 17% chance to bash enemies across the ground, doing more initial damage and damage as they skid.
Level 1 - 25 bonus damage, 140 knockback distance.
Level 2 - 50 bonus damage, 180 knockback distance.
Level 3 - 75 bonus damage. 220 knockback distance.
Level 4 - 100 bonus damage. 260 knockback distance.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
Insight:
Greater Bash is triggered to work at the beginning of your attack, this means before you actually deal the damage. Seeing as it is not actually part of your attack and triggers before you actually hit the target, it has a 17% chance to trigger even if you miss your regular attack.
Greater Bash completely ignores if Spirit Breaker actually hits the target. All that is important is that Spirit Breaker starts an attack against the target. And thats why it can't be evaded or missed by any means.
Total of 0.95/1.15/1.35/1.55 seconds of slide time for level 1/2/3/4 respectively. This can also be viewed in terms of Stun seconds.
Greater Bash triggers at most once every 1.5 seconds.
Target will destroy trees in its slide path. If his path is blocked by a cliff/ledge, he will start making jerking movements.
The bonus damage (25/50/75/100) is dealt all at once at the start of the Greater Bash.
The damage is blocked by spell immunity but the target still gets knocked back.
Deals magical damage.

Dwarven Sniper
  Scattershot grants vision in a 400 AoE at the area targeted for 1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0 seconds.
  Headshot is considered ranged bash but the ministun is blocked by magical immunity.
[Assassinate]
  Has a ministun which is not blocked by spell immunity.
  When you’re invisible and you cast Assassinate, you will remain invisible until the last moment before your bullet fires.
  Assassinate has a semi-true sight effect, which means you can target a wind walking away hero and it will still hit him. Note that neither you or your allies can see the enemy, only the spell does.

Earthshaker
[Echo Slam]
  Initial AoE is 500.
  An echo wave has 500 AoE.
  The echo waves can potentially hit a unit that is nearly 1000 range away from Raigor but units have to be within 250 range of Raigor to get hit by both the initial wave and all of the echo waves.
  Bounces off from corpses also.
  Does not damage decrepified units.
  Spell immune units get damaged by the initial wave but not by the echo waves.

Enchantress
  Has exceptional vision of 1800/1800.
  Untouchable triggers by both physical attacks or spell casting.
  Enchant can possess enemy’s illusion.
  Nature’s Attendant can heal spell immune units.
[Impetus]
  Impetus deals Pure damage (max. 400) which is not reduced by anything.
  The distance by which the damage bonus is calculated is determined by the positions of Aiushtha and the attacked target when the Impetus projectile hits. That is, firing Impetus and immediately running backwards will increase the bonus damage.

Enigma
  If the target afflicted with Malefice goes out of Enigma's sight range, the stuns are lost.
  Midnight Pusle deals magical damage.
  Black Hole does not prevent item usage.

[Omnislash]
  The first slash has a ministun.
  Deals normal damage. 

Keeper of the Light
[Illuminate]
  also damages siege.
  Travels through trees and cliffs.
  Gives extending vision in the area.

  Morphling is hidden while in Waveform, so he can evade attacks and some spells if timed correctly.
[Adaptive Strike]
  Has 200 knockback distance at all levels (STR).
  If Morphling has equal STR and AGI, both effects will apply.
  Deals normal damage(AGI).

Naga Siren
  Mirror Image grants 0.5 sec invulnerability.
  Ensnare can target and disable spell immune units.
  Sleep can be removed by purge.

Ogre Magi
  Bloodlust and Ignite are removable by purge.

Omniknight
  Purification deals PURE damage.
  Repel can be removed by purge.
  Degen aura also affects spell immune units.

Pandaren Brewmaster
  Drunken Haze is blocked by spell immunity.
  If the three pandas of primal split are killed, it is considered a suicide.

Phantom Lancer
  Illusions deal 25% damage and take 400% damage.

Priestess of the Moon
[Elune’s Arrow]
  For every 150 distance the arrow travels, the stun duration upon impact increases by 0.5 seconds. For example, an arrow that travels for 300 range stuns for 1 second, and an arrow that travels at least 1500 range stuns for 5 seconds (which is the maximum stun duration).
Invisible enemies will not be stunned but will still be damaged.
  Linken’s Sphere blocks the stun but not its damage.
[Leap]
  Leap uses a 0.01 second Wind Walk to dodge any projectiles currently en route to Mirana.
  It no longer grants invulnerability.

Prophet
[Sprout]
  The trees that spawn when Sprout is used can't be destroyed by the following spells:

Sacred Warrior
  The heal is dynamic, which means that if the target drops below 40% health while affected by Inner Vitality, the spell will consequently heal more HP. Likewise, if the target goes above 40% health while Inner Vitality is in effect, the lesser heal will take effect.

Shadow Shaman
  Serpent Wards deal piercing damage. (1/2 times damage to heroes and 1.5 times damage to creeps)
  Serpent Wards have splash damage with a very small AoE.

Silencer
[Glaives of Wisdom]
  Deal bonus pure damage.
  Does not stack with eye of skadi.
[Last Word]
  When a hero casts a spell while within 700 AoE from Silencer, he will be silenced after the Cast Backswing of the casting hero is finished. If the hero cancels his/her cast backswing, he won't get silenced.
  This skill triggers Linken's Sphere's cooldown but it would still have its effect.
  Last Word doesn't work if Silencer himself is silenced.
[Global Silence]
  Affects magic immune units.

Slayer
  Dragon Slave has a cap of 900/1560/2400/2400 total damage.
  Light Strike Array has a 0.5 second impact delay and is blocked by spell immunity.

Stealth Assassin
[Blink Strike]
  Deals normal damage.
  Always teleports riki to target’s rear.
  Cannot dodge projectiles.
[Permanent Invisibility]
 He is revealed when silenced.

Stone Giant
[Toss]
  Toss deals 20% of the damage to the tossed unit. It increases when putting skill points in Grow. Tossed allies take 20% damage from Toss regardless of Grow level.
  If a unit is struck by Avalanche and tossed almost immediately such that it lands back in the AoE of Avalanche, then that unit can actually take twice the total Avalanche damage.
  Toss deals 25*(Toss Skill Level) damage to buildings.
[Grow]
  Passively increases movespeed by 5 for each level.

Storm Spirit
  Overload slows all affected units' MS by 80% for 0.6 seconds.
[Lightning Grapple]
  Also affects nearby spell immune heroes.
  Temporarily removes pathing for all affected heroes while being grappled.
  Interrupts channeling spells.

Templar Assassin
  Meld has 0 fade time.
  Any skill that changes Lanaya's position will break Meld, including Vacuum, Meat Hook, Reverse Polarity, Black Hole, Berserker's Call, Lightning Grapple, Primal Roar, Fissure and Nether Swap.
  The spilled damage from psi blades is unreduceable.

Tinker
  Laser deals pure damage.
  Missiles and laser do not work on decrepified units.

Treant Protector

  The Hovering Sight of the target Tree doesn't change when you put more skill point onto Eyes in the Forest.
  Can be purged.

  Jakiro can't spit a fireball onto spell immune units but can damage them.
[Macropyre]
  Macropyre's distance increases per level: 600, 750, 900 range with 4,5,6 flame strikes.

Ursa Warrior
  Overpower can be purged.
  Fury swipes and Fury Swipes deal normal damage and work on spell immune units.
  Fury swipes contributes in lifesteal.

Vengeful Spirit
  Command Aura does not increase damage from raw damage items.
  Nether Swap goes through magic immunity.
  Nether Strike can negate Panda’s primal split and Spiritbreaker’s nether strike if used just before he uses it.

Windrunner
[Shackleshot]

 Axe
[Berserker's Call]
  It will not affect units held in Rhasta's Shackles.  
  It's possible to avoid attacking Axe by spamming the Stop command, but Counter Helix will trigger nonetheless.
  Berserker's Call also hits nearby spell immune units.
[Counter Helix]
  Triggers maximum once in 0.6 secs.
  Deals normal damage which can be reduced by armour n stout.
[Culling Blade]
  The skill can target and kill spell immune units.
  ONLY Faerie Dragon's Phase Shift on Autocast can prevent death from Culling Blade.

 Atropos
[Enfeeble]
  Decreases damage based on target's base damage + Primary Attribute, meaning items that grant raw damage like Broadsword won't be affected by this spell.  
  The debuff can be removed by Purge.
  The negative regeneration can lead to a suicide. :D
[Brain Sap]
  This skill triggers Linken's Sphere's cooldown but it would still take effect.
  Brain Sap deals Pure damage which is not reduced by anything. 
[Nightmare]
  When you cast Nightmare on a target, you deal 5 damage. The target goes to sleep and is invulnurable for 1 second. On the FIRST damage tick, if the target already has less than or equal to 20 HP, Nightmare is removed (The target wakes up and lives). Else, the target will lose 20 HP per tick (unreduced) until they have 20 hp or less. Then Nightmare will deal 50 magical damage, which is reduced by Spell Resistance. You can deny yourself or your ally using this spell.  
  The disable can be removed by Purge.
[Fiend's Grip]
  Can be used to deny yourself.
  Spell immunity prevents damage but the target still gets disabled.

 Bloodseeker

[Scorched Earth]
  Lucifer controlled units also gain the bonus.

  Mixed type damage (reduced by both spell resistance/armour)

[Doom]
  Doom's silence not only renders the target unit unable to cast spells, but it also disables them from using any items and also disables most of their passive skills or spells (i.e. Evasion, Bash, etc)

 Faceless Void

  Ministuns the first target (even if spell immune).
  Technically, the frost orb does not bounce from unit to unit, but from unit to unit location. That is, on each bounce, the orb is launched from right where the previous unit is, but it does not follow the target. Instead, it simply travels to the point where the target unit is when the orb is launched, and Frost Novas the target unit when it reaches the location, regardless of where the target unit actually is.
  Chain Frost needs sight of the target to bounce to it, so casting it into fog of war isn't a good idea.

Lifestealer
[Feast]
Deals normal damage
Not blocked by spell immunity.
[Open Wounds]
The percentage given in the tooltips is the lifesteal percentage, not the slow.
Open Wounds will stun the enemy for 1 sec, 70% slow for 1 sec, 60% slow for 1 sec, 50% slow for 1 sec, 30% slow for 1 sec, and 10% slow for 3 seconds. (8 seconds in total)
Casting nukes or other damaging spells on the target will also regenerate your HP.

Lightning Revenant
[Chain Lightning]
The damage decreses by 15% each bounce.
[Storm Seeker]
Deals damage every 3.25 secs.
Stops channeling when leveled.

Lord of Avernus
[Death Coil]
Can use it to deny himself.
[Frostmourne]
Lasts 2 secs on enemy and 4.5 secs on allies.
[Borrowed Time]
Borrowed Time uses a 0.01 second Wind Walk to dodge any projectiles currently en route to Abaddon. This also causes any queued attack or spell commands on Abaddon from enemy heroes to be canceled.

Lycanthrope
[Shapeshift]
Activating this skill decreases lycan’s base attack time from 1.7 to 1.4 => increased attack speed.

Nether Ward's Mana Flare can only hit spell-casting units once every 0.75 seconds.

Obsidian Destroyer

Queen of Pain

Slows initially by 20/30/40/50% depending on the skill level, unlike Venomancer's Shadow Strike, which always has an initial slow of 50%.
[Blink]
If you used Blink to teleport to a distance over the maximum range, you’ll be teleported 4/5 of the maximum range instead.
Blink has a 200 minimum casting range.
[Scream of Pain]
Does not hit units inflicted with Decrepify.
Has a cap of 9999 total damage.

Sonic Wave starts with 100 AoE, travels 800 units and ends with 300 AoE.

Sand King
[Burrowstrike]
If you target the enemy hero who has a Linken's Sphere, it would trigger Linken's Sphere's cooldown but Burrowstrike would still take effect. If he is not targeted, it would not trigger Linken's Sphere's cooldown.
[Sand Storm]

Shadow Fiend
[Requiem of Souls]
For every two souls captured by Necromastery (Stores max of 30), one line is created in his ultimate, for a maximum of 15 lines. They are shot out uniformly from Nevermore, with the first line extending directly to the East of Nevermore; in other words, the angle between each line is given by 360 degrees / # of lines. Enemy units close to Nevermore suffer much more damage from Requiem of Souls than units far away.
It is possible to cause an enemy to take damage from every single line with the help of Lothar's Edge, which has an active Wind Walk that removes collision. Wind Walking so that Nevermore's model and the enemy's model overlap will cause the lines to spawn on top of both units, with every single one dealing damage to the hapless enemy.

Shadow Priest
[Poison Touch]
Has a ministun.
Stuns the enemy for 1 second at level 3 and 4 after the second slow's duration ends.
Deals normal damage.
[Shallow Grave]
A hero with Shallow Grave will go no lower than 2hp during the effects of Shallow Grave no matter what the source of damage. The hero will still be affected by slows and disables.
[Shadow Wave]
Deals normal damage.
[Weave]
This skill is not blocked by Linken's Sphere but triggers its cooldown.

Soul Keeper
[Metamorphosis]
Using Manta Style while in Metamorphosis will cancel Metamorphosis and make images of the original form unless shift-queued.
Increases base attack damage by 5 while in Metamorphosis.
Sets Base Hp Regeneration to 3.
[Sunder]
This skill has a ministun.
This skill can also be used to swap Hit Points with your images.
The skill can target Spell Immune units. If the target is Spell Immune but Terrorblade is not, then the target's HP will not be changed, but Terrorblade's HP will. If the target is not Spell Immune but Terrorblade is, then the target's HP will be changed, but Terrorblade's HP will not. If both the target and Terrorblade are Spell Immune, the spell will proceed with no effect.

Spectre
[Spectral Dagger]
As long as Spectre got the buff and is on unpassable terrain, dropable items on death like Gem and Divine Rapier will be simply lost on death (removed from inventory, not dropped on ground) and Aegis of the Immortal won't trigger. If spectre got the buff and is on passable terrain the items work normally.
The buff on Spectre disappears after you leave its AoE for 4 seconds. The debuff on enemies lasts for 7 seconds.
[Desolate]
If the attacked enemy unit has an ally within a 400 AoE, Desolate will not take effect.
[Dispersion]
Deals pure damage.
[Haunt]
Illusions have base ms of 400.

Spiritbreaker
[Charge of Darkness]
Every four seconds while 'charging', Barathrum's speed increases, maxing out after 12 seconds.
When Barathrum casts Charge of Darkness, he gains shared vision and truesight of the target.
The visual effect on the 'charged' target will only applied to allies.
This skill triggers Linken's Sphere's cooldown but it's effect still continues.
[Empowering Haste]
Deals normal damage and triggers at the start of barathrum’s attack completely independent from the main attack.
Activates at most once every 0.3 secs.
Works on illusions.
[Greater Bash]
Triggers at the start of Barathrum's attack and is completely independent from the main attack.
Activates at most once every 1.5 seconds.
[Nether Strike]
Barathrum teleports to the target 1 second after casting
Barathrum always teleports to the opposite side of the target from where he is when he casts the spell.
This skill triggers Linken's Sphere's cooldown but it's effect still continues.

Tidehunter
[Gush]
Slows movement speed by 40% at all levels.
[Kraken Shell]
When Kraken Shell is leveled, a timer is placed. Every 11/10/9/8 seconds it will remove all negative buffs on Tidehunter. This includes Stun, Hex, Shadow Strike, Frost, Entangle, Doom, Venomancer's Poison Nova, Bane Elemental's Fiend's Grip / Nightmare, Cyclone, etc.
Kraken Shell does not prevent damage from towers, Magical damage like Lich's Frost Nova and Pure damage like Tinker's Laser.
Does not stack with stout shield/ vanguard.
[Ravage]
Does not go through magic immunity.

Tormented Soul
[Split Earth]
0.35 sec impact delay.
[Diabolic Edict]
Also deals damage to invisible heroes, towers and buildings.
Has a 0.25 second explosion interval.
Diabolic Edict deals Mixed damage.
[Lightning Storm]
Damage does not decrease with bounce.

Undying
Extra damage from plague is unreduced.

Venomacer
Shadow Strike slows the affected unit by 50% of it’s movespeed at all levels.
Poison sting cannot kill units.
Units affected with the Shukuchi buff will not be affected by Poison Nova since the damage is based from the same skill (Phoenix Fire).
Poison Nova cannot kill units.

Warlock
The damage from rain of chaos is blocked by Spell Immunity but they would still be stunned.
